It’s true….you may not realize it but you are buying foods that are harmful to their health. You might think, “it’s organic, so it must be healthy” or it’s low in sugar, or lo-carb, has good fats…it has to be better for me. Unfortunately, that is not always the case.
Look closer and you will find:
- There are unsafe food additives whose names are misleading to the uninformed consumer.
- There are false claims made by food manufacturers right on the pakaging.
- Foods can contain chemical contaminants (like rocket fuel) & the FDA does not require that you are informed.
Knowing this, the grocery store is no longer a safe place or a reliable source of nourishment and health. You can’t even be sure what you are putting into your body or feeding your family. It’s no wonder there are so many major health problems in this country.
